Thank you for trying out the 411web kwikswitch software! By
using this software you agree to be
bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms and
Conditions"). This software also provides our 411web Search Helper which displays pop up ads on your computer screen based on your online behavior.
Personal Use Only
This software is made available to you for your personal,
non-commercial use only. This means that you first need to obtain 411web's permission
if you want to sell any information, services, or software associated with or
derived from it, or if you want to modify, copy, license, or create derivative
works from 411web’s software. In that case, please send an email to
customerservice@411web.com.
411web Privacy Policy
We understand and respect that you are concerned
about your privacy. Your personal information is and will at all times
be governed by the applicable privacy policies found elsewhere on the 411web
website "Privacy Policy"
411web may collect information about
web pages that you are searching if you are using the search function of the
software. 411web only collects the
normal type of information that is already available to the websites you visit.
This means, 411web cannot collect, for example, your name, email address,
telephone number, etc. 411web will not
sell or provide personally identifiable information to any third parties.
We believe that both 411web’s Kwikswitch and Search Helper features will greatly enhance
your browsing experience. We understand, however, you may not agree that the
benefits provided by these features outweigh the information we must collect.
For this reason, we provide you the opportunity to stop the download immediately, or to permanently remove it from your
computer. Should you desire assistance

and searches to various features, services, and Web pages provided solely by
our business partners or other organizations. The links take you to pages
provided solely by those entities.

your hard drive and may collect information about you. 411web makes no claims
or representations about what those businesses do or do not collect about you.
Please review any terms of use and privacy policies of those other businesses
to learn about their data collection and data use practices.
You acknowledge and agree that 411web is not responsible for any content,
advertising, products, or other materials on the websites or available from other businesses that we do
not control.
You also understand that, in connection with the
download, installation or use of 411web’s software, you may be provided
advertising materials or other content or services for which 411web may have
received direct or indirect compensation.
However, 411web respects both your privacy and your right to be informed
of advertising content; accordingly, any advertising materials or other content
or services provided by means of the 411web will not appear to be
generated, associated, sponsored, endorsed or affiliated in any way with any
third party Web site viewed by you, and will instead be clearly and
conspicuously branded and identified as being provided by 411web.

Updates, Patches, New Releases
411web may, from time
to time, release Updates, Patches, and New Releases of its 411web software. In such an event, you will be notified
of such an event, and given an opportunity to download
the update, patch, or new release. You
are under no obligation to do so, however, if you choose not to participate in
the notified download, 411web renews its disclaimer that no warranties
concerning continued use of the software are granted.
411web may also publish and announcement and
download opportunity for such an event on the web page for the 411web Toolbar.
Miscellaneous Provisions
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed
in accordance with the laws of the State of California,
without giving effect to the conflict of laws provisions of California
or your actual state or country of residence
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire
agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and
supersede and replace all prior or contemporaneous understandings or
agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. Any waiver of any
provision of these Terms and Conditions will be effective only if in writing
and signed by 411web.
ABOUT KWIKSWITCH
KWIKSWITCH is a panic button software program that enables the user to hide their screen from peering eyes at the push of one button. Its is delivered in several forms depending on the source of the download. In one form it is delivered as a standalone application, in another as an Internet toolbar installed on your computer which also facilitates and improves your Internet browsing experience, providing, among other things, an Internet search feature, links to useful help sites and a scrolling news ticker in some versions.
KWIKSWITCH does not obtain personal information from you. We do not transmit or collect personally identifiable information about your searching activity and do not store any personally identifiable information that records your searching behavior. The KWIKSWITCH does not build up a profile of you or attempt to correlate demographic or personal information. Our End User License Agreement is displayed clearly on the KWIKSWITCH website for review and acceptance prior to installation of the KWIKSWITCH toolbar.
By downloading the KWIKSWITCH, you accept the KWIKSWITCH Toolbar End User License Agreement, which also gives KWIKSWITCH and/or its agents, affiliates, successors and assigns permission to display relevant contextual information to you in the form of advertisements should they decide to do so. It is our policy to distribute the KWIKSWITCH toolbar only to users who have been provided the KWIKSWITCH Toolbar End User License Agreement. If you believe you have received the KWIKSWITCH toolbar without the License Agreement being provided, please let us know at info@KWIKSWITCH.com.
If you want to uninstall the KWIKSWITCH toolbar, you can do so easily through the drop down menu on the KWIKSWITCH toolbar itself or through the add/remove function in your control panel. You can access your control panel by going to: (1) START (the button in the grey task bar of your computer); 2) Select SETTINGS 3) Select CONTROL PANEL; 4) Select ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS; 5) Select KWIKSWITCH Toolbar; and 6) Click on ADD/REMOVE.
